Windy and Damp on the Prairie

By: plapman , 12:38 PM GMT on March 13, 2008

Today will bring a few rain showers changing to a few flurries this morning. The winds will be from the northwest at 30 km/h gusting to 50. Tody's high is expected to be +3.
Tonight will begin cloudy with the the 60% chance of flurries early this evening. There will be clearing overnight as the wind from the northwest at 30 km/h gusting to 50 continues. The overnight low is forecast to be -11.
Me and Abby continue to get out for our daily stroll. She continues to come home a dirty wet dog. I think it will be soon time to see if her and a bath agree. Buck the dog hated them. I couldn't keep the 100 lb guy in the water.

Hi Tony! Another beautiful day here. Hope you get to enjoy some beautiful weather soon, too!

Abby will smell so good after her bath. I used to have a cat that I bathed every once in a while, then would dry him with my blow dryer. He loved it. And he smelled so good afterwards.

Have a happy day!

Hi Tony

Betcha Abby likes the bath. A lot of dogs do, especially the ladies.

100 lbs dog! That must have been something to have around, what kind was he?

Wall to wall sunshine here today, although it's still a little cold, it's really beginning to feel like spring. Cog is getting hit with the big storm today, poor him.

Have a great walk with Abby.

Good morning Tony. Sounds like you and Abby are out having loads of fun. A bath, she may surprise you and actually like it, some dogs do. Brandy loved having a shower with one of the articulated shower heads.

Sounds like spring has come to the Prairies with warmer temps and rain even. Yes I expect we will see a bit more days of sporatic snow flurries before Old Man Winter loses his grip but hey after all it's Canada and we have come to expect it...

Have a wonderful day dear friend.
