A Warmer Than Usual Fall For The Prairie

Today will be mainly cloudy with a 40% chance of showers early this morning and this afternoon along with the risk of a thunderstorm. The high will be 32C(90F).
Tonight will see clearing this evening and a low of 13C(55F).
I just read the long term forecast for the Northern Edge and the fall is predicted to be warmer than normal. The weather we've been having so far sure makes it look like the forecast will hold true.
it will be good for the local farmers who have already harvested in many areas and have the fall cultivation completed.

Have a great weekend Tony. I truly like the idea of a nice Fall as long as its not AC weather. Maybe it will mean a relatively decent winter and heating costs will be kept to a minimum. Snow I can deal with, these old bones don't like the cold.

Good Morning, Tony!

Wow, La Prairie is actually much warmer than we are in Mass. right now! I guess you sent us this cold snap in exchange for our remaining warmth and humidity! Gee, buddy, thanks alot! LOL!!!

Regarding your defective hearing aid, I sure hope that a return trip to your audiologist can definitely fix the problem! No fun hearing soft garbled sounds or speech out of one ear and perfect but loud ones out of the other! I would think it could throw one off balance and feel quite irritating.

Seems like La Prairie, Canada suddenly developed a weather exchange program with my region. Our very brisk temps are definitely what you and Abbey have been clamoring for these past few weeks, especially, when taking any of those extended walks. Unfortunately, I'm just not as rugged as I used to be and now find myself having to cower again under heavy blankets or flannel clothing. LOL! Thankfully, we expect some much needed returning warmth tomorrow, which should rise further and linger throughout much of next week! I'm just not ready to face this type of cold on a more daily basis, but I now know I must really brace myself for the miserable months ahead!

Again, hope that you can soon get that needed adjustment to your hearing aids, so those nature walks will sound more peaceful again.
