Today will be sunny with a high of -3C(27F). TonightPartly cloudy. Low -17C(1F).

Yesterday I found another sign of spring. The tulips that live on the south side of my home are starting to poke their heads up. I hope the frost expected in the next few days doesn't harm them. They are a hardy plant and have never froze before.

Good Afternoon, Tony!

Wow, you must have quite the hearty tulip bulbs planted to be seeing a couple of them already sprouting! The only tulips seen our way are spelled differently (two-lips) and seen on hubby's and my respective faces. LOL!

Thus far, there have been no signs of sprouts or shutes seen around here, only grass struggling to turn green amongst all the twigs, cones and acorns fallen in-between winter's snowfalls. At least, we've had two wonderfully sunny warmish (50ish) days in a row so that we could finally leave our ski-parkas behind while traveling outside. Slight progress!!!

Can't wait till all signs of winter are finally a distant memory and a much warmer pleasant spring can take a more permanent hold!

May your April Fools Day be prank and fool-proof!

Good morning Tony. Bright sunshine here today but a little on the cooler side with that northwest wind blowing through. Looks like it will be a nice day. Tulips, daffodils, crocus, all are coming up here. I even have my lilies poking their heads out of the ground. Just need some good warm weather to be able to get out and play in the dirt. Still too cold at night to do anything yet. Our temps yesterday reached 63F. Not bad for the end of March.

Have a great day dear ones.
