The recent warm weather prompted me to take Abbey for a walk on the summer route along the gopher trails.
Yesterday I took a netbook from the hoard that the daughter had spilled coke on. It looks like I'll have to replace the keyboard but otherwise everything seems to work when I attached a desktop keyboard to a USB port.

Good morning Tony. Another Tuesday upon us, days seem to be just flying by and I will be so glad to see true warm weather again. Not the hot stuff of mid summer, just nice days in the 60s and low 70s. To be able to smell the fresh turned earth as you prepare it for planting and the smell of fresh cut grass. You can tell I am SO ready for Spring...LOL I am sure you are too.

Have a great day sweetie, big hugs to you and the Queen and all the little BUCKeroos...

Afternoon Tony, blizzard, n'oreaster now well in the books. Quite a couple of days, changes the beaches and quite a bit of eroison towards North Head. The Bay was angry for sure, seemed to have quite abit of snow, but blew off our yard into the bush, gotta luv it. Looking for shouwers by dark this evening, go figure.
What is the flood forecast for you guys looking like this spring?
Have a good one.

Good morning Tony. Temps here are 43F at the moment with 22 mph winds. Yup the snow is almost all gone and once again its a green lawn until the next bit of snow to fall...LOL We had a bit of rain but nothing to really warrant any difference. Its wet and miserable out, not the kind of weather for those old folks like me with arthritis problems. I did get the trash to the road for Monday pick up but sure was a hard trudge today with my ankles protesting. Did hit a black ice patch but thankfully did not fall. I am hoping as the day progress, my arthritic feet will repent and give me some relief. Bad enough when you get it in your hands.

Anyway enough about my complaints. Hope all goes well for you today and it continues to warm up on the Prairies. Have a great day.

Good afternoon Plap!

The view from your webcam looks the same as it is here in Mass, except that the snow from our driveway has already melted! YEAH! The Blizzard of 2013 has been and gone in Mass. and left anywhere from 2ft (in our area) to 3ft in others. Our chief concern, right now, is how tomorrow's arrival of a warm front with rain will effect the melting process. Thankfully, we have a working sump pump in the basement but its outdoor pipe outlet is currently blocked with snow. I wouldn't know where to find it right now, but we have a wet-dry vac on hand as a backup just in case.

I think ole Punxsutawney Phil's radar is a bit off this year, as it's hard to imagine that springtime weather was to allegedly arrive earlier this year. LOL! If true, I hope that it allows all our feet of snow to melt incrementally rather than all at once or it's glub, glub. LOL!

Hope our collective weather forecasts improve in the days/weeks ahead and, in the meantime, stay safe, warm and well!
