More On the Medical care

By: plapman , 1:38 PM GMT on December 01, 2012

Today will e overcast with a chance of snow and rain showers with fog early today. The high will be neat 0C)32F) but the winds from the NW at 15 to 25 km/h will make it feel like -12. Chance of snow 40%.
Tonight will be overcast in the evening, then mostly cloudy with fog overnight. The low will be
-13C with winds from the North at 10 to 15 km/h shifting to the SE after midnight.
The freezing rain overnight has closed the Trans-Canada from Winnipeg to the Saskatchewan border.
yesterday I had a call from the local diagnostic lab for an appointment for another ct-scan to check on the pseudocyst on the pancreas. I sure am getting my moneys worth ,for medical care, that I pay in taxes. If this keeps up I'll break the government's health care piggy bank.

Hi, I second Alleys opinion on how great your health care system is. Glad they are taking good care of you.

Good morning Tony. They just want to keep tabs on your pancreatic situation so if something does develop they can treat it right away. An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure as the old folks use to say....We are lucky here in Canada to have such good medicare coverage, we could be living in the US with their mess.

No ice rain here but still overcast. We are suppose to go up into the 50s today. After my morning coffee I am heading over to the store to pick up more kitty food for my babies. We are suppose to remain in warmer temps till the middle of next week. Will be interesting to see if that actually happens.

Have a safe and happy day dear one. Don't take chances out in bad weather.

Retired and loving it. If I'd have known about retirement befor I started my 40 year career with the government of Manitoba I'd have retired first. :)
