Today Will bring increasing cloudiness along with light snow beginning this morning. The high is expected to be near -9c(16F).
Tonight will be partly cloudy with a low of -12C(10F).

Abbey and me took a new route yesterday. The city plows a couple of rows in the field beside the road Abbey and me use. Abbey gets her free run that way and i spend less time in the cold wind. i made the mistake of taking the first northern trail and had to walk through snow up to my ankles and in some places drifts 2 feet deep. On the return trip I moved to the second trail and could still see the grader tracks on the bottom. Not only is getting old affecting my body it seems to have affected my common sense.
Today i have to adjust the warm air registers in the basement. When we dud the basement renos last spring the SIL added a couple of vents to the basement as it was always cool in the winter. now it's about 15 degrees warmer in the basement than it is upstairs It's currently 85F down here and the upstairs thermostat is set at 72F.

A couple of things I have to do before breakfast but I guess I can put the coffee pot on.
Be careful, you may end up having all those Floridians in your basement as its been pretty cold down there for them....They like those 85 degrees temps.....LOL
