A Walk With Abbey and Back to the Medal Project

By: plapman , 10:52 AM GMT on October 08, 2012

Today will bring rain with 5 to 10 mm accumulating and a high of 7C(45F). Tonight the r rain showers will change to wet snow overnight as the wind becomes northwest at 20 km/h before morning. The low will be 2C(36F).

Yesterday turned out to be quite nice and I took Abbey on the full route along the gopher trails. I think the critters may be preparing for winter as I never saw one. Poor Abbey continued her search though. I guess soon the bunnies will be her target.
I think today I'll try to get the medals clear coated. I'll take them outside to spray and quickly bring them in before the metal cools. Once clear coated they'll be ready to remount.

Good morning Tony. Hope your Thanksgiving feast was as good as my leg of lamb...Gotta love next day though when you slice off a couple of nice slices for a sandwich...LOL My favorite time.

Sunny and a bit warmer than yesterday but it sure was chilly when I fed the kitties at 4:30. I put out extra dry food for them last evening so they had extra in their tummies to sleep on. Looks like Browyn is here to stay too.

Anyway have a great TG Monday puttering around. Looks like old MUSH is snoozing again...LOL

I reckon searching for critters is half the fun for Abbey!

Good luck on the medals!
