The Heat Continues on the Prairie and Another Drug Bust
Today will be overcast with a high of 30C(86f). The winds from the SSE at 15 to 25 km/h.
Tonight will remain overcast in the evening, then partly cloudy. Tonights low 21C. The w remain from the SSE at 15 to 20 km/h.

The hot weather will remain for the rest of the week acording to the forecast. Yesterday I shortend Abbey's walk. It was cool when we left and I wore a jacket. By the time we got home I was sweating. I think today I'll stay indoors and enjoy the ac but get Abbey out as soon as the Queen leaves at 8am.
Yesteday I changed a light fixture. It trned out to be a big job. The fellow who installed the electrical box didn't allow for the drywall and I had a hard time finding bolts long enough to hold the fixture in place. What should have been a 10 minute task took me almost an hour.
Today I'll fill the girls pool and give them a place to cool down before the go to bed for the night and put some water on the front lawn as it's starting to turn brown and crispie. If the well water wasn't so cold they could run through the sprinkler to cool off.
Yesterday the RCMP made another drug bust and put 3 more dealers behind bars. They sure are doing a good job of cleaning up the drug trade here.:)

Yea for the RCMP. Way to go guys. We could use you down here to round up some of our idiot drug dealers. We are looking at more rain today. So what else is new. I guess a tornado hit close to us yesterday. Just wind and more wind tomorrow. Hope you have some sunshine. Mr. Sun has not been around very much lately. Miss him.

Nothing planned for canada Day on July 1st so it can get as hot as it wants. I will stay inside with my nice AC and be comfortable.
Had a new kitty at the feeding dish this morning. Feisty little thing would not move and hissed at me to hurry up, she was hungry. Poor Smudgie did not know what to think. Must have been one of the neighbour's cats from down the street...LOL
Well off to make breakfast, take my meds (I am becoming a pill factory) and get ready to go to the grocery store before it heats up too much.
