Retired and loving it. If I'd have known about retirement befor I started my 40 year career with the government of Manitoba I'd have retired first. :)

Hope you're feeling better today and remain near you home if going outside. I guess it's best to plan any current outdoor activities early in the morning while it's much cooler but, if your symptoms persist, contact your doctor immediately.
Despite the much cooler weather around here in Mass., this morning, my own hubby had a dizzy spell, just after eating his light breakfast and before taking his meds. Fortunately, this happens "once in a blue moon" and probably due to recent stressul matters concerning certain close members of his family. I have to watch him closely during any/all stressful times, as it can easily exacerbate his permanent post/stroke symptoms, i.e., increased slurred speech and memory loss, balance etc. He, too, plans on remaining inside today and just relax with his feet up.
Weatherwise, it's so wonderful to see sunny skies now outweigh the cloudy, gloomy, rainy weather felt most of this past week. We're looking forward to a return to much more summery weather by this weekend. Just hope it doesn't include any sporadically severe t'storms along with it. We've obviously more than made up for the long dry spell of winter/early spring! The lush greenery seen outside is also disguising an increase in mold and mildew around those very shady spots.
Take care and hope you're feeling up to completing your grandfather clock's case project today!
I'm not sure what you would need longer hands for, but I'm pretty sure you're stuck with the ones you're born with, lol!
If your TIA's are affected by heat, then at least you live in a relatively cool climate so you won't be affected so much as if you lived down here!
Take care!
