Poor Abbey had a bad experience yesterday. The Queen, granddaughter and 2 great granddaughters were going for a short walk to give the 2 little girls a chance to to ride their new bicycles. When we pass a home 2 dogs , larger than Abbey came running out and attacked her pack style. one dog came to her rear and the other to the front. Poor Abbey didn't have a chance. I tried to scare them away by waving my arms and shouting but to no avail. it's a good thing the owner was nearby and called them off. As far as I can tell Abbey wasn't hurt. The owner of those dogs should learn to socialize those dogs.
I got a photo of the girls enjoying their ride after the event happened.

Hello Tony,

Oh my goodness, I read about what happened to Abbey, I would have been scared to death had that happened to my little Harley.

Actually we use to have neighbors with 5 large mean "guard dogs"..
and they were always escaping out the front door.
One time they came after my husband and he quickly picked up a shovel for protection until the owners came and got them.

Once they came after me and Harley and I picked him up and screamed until owner came and got their dogs.

Then I looked her square in the face and told her if I EVER saw any of those dogs outside again I would get my gun and shoot her dogs dead. And she knew I meant it...the dogs never got out again, and eventually they were busted for growing pot in the house and had to move.

I am so happy Abbey was not seriously harmed.

Love the pictures of the great grand daughters. I have put up pics of my family, kids and grandkids for almost 7 yrs now and so far no problems. But I know one person that had a pic of son up and had a lot of problems.

Good morning Tony, glad Abbey is ok. Looks like you are going to have to carry a can of pepper spray to use on any attacking dogs, that is just too much. When dogs are that aggressive, they need to be taught the tough way. The owner should not have them running loose if they are that bad. It could have been a little kid with a small lapdog that they attacked.

The girls are adorable and before summer is over, those training wheels will be retired.

Shen does have a good point there but I still see lots of people posting pictures of their little ones whether they be children or grandchildren. FB is worse yet for the unsavory types and they do roam the site for fresh faces. One thing I hate about Timeline it leaves your page open to anyone looking at your pictures even if they are not on your Friends List.

Have a great day dear ones and do be careful.

Great picture Tony but I'd take it down. There are evil people in the world and this is an "open" site.

Just saying.
