Today will be sunny with the wind becoming westerly at 20 km/h (12 mph) this afternoon. The high will be 8C(46F). UV index 3 or moderate.
Tonight wll remain clear with an overnight low of -3C(26F).

It looks like I won't be needing the blower again this year. The long range forecasts show temps as high as 20C(68f). Abbey will be a wet, stinky puppy when I bring her home from our walks. I'll have to be sure her old towel is close to the door.
I opened the bakery last night and made fudgy brownies with out Betty's help using a recipe my daughter had given me. They haven't been taste tested yet by the staff at the Northern Edge bakery but with the icing applied while the brownies were astill warm it should soak in and satisfy any choclate lover with a sweet tooth.

Hi, Tony! I like the fudgie brownies, too, they're much better than the cakey brownies!

I guess the new blower belt trick worked! :)

Hi there Tony!

It appears I have some catching up to do! I've been consumed with very important family matters behind the scenes for several months and haven't been able to post much until now.

Seems your continuing to remain active in healthy and enjoyable pursuits! Are you working part-time in a bakery now? My mouth is watering from your comment about making a favorite "fudgy brownie" recipe of yours! It makes me wax nostalgic for those days of my youth, when while walking toward my downtown's local bakery, I would stop and peer into the display window to look at the masterfully made and displayed delights. Each time, I couldn't wait till my birthday rolled around, as my mother would purchase my favorite cake with a specially made edible ornament on top. What a great era and memory! Now, fast-forward many decades later, I have to watch out for those trans-fatty-acid and cholesterol laden foods and end up walking quickly by the bakery contained in our local supermarket. Boooo, Hissss! LOL!

Hope you and yours are doing well and, like you, hubby and I are ever so happy that we only needed to use our snowblower only twice this season. It sure got an extreme workout last year! LOL!

As an additional reminder of the others, don't forget to turn your clock ahead an hour before retiring tonight! Hope you and Abbey get to enjoy those longer daylight hours while walking about! Looking forward to spring's offical return in just a week and a half!!! WHOO-HOO!

OH! I just went and set my clocks ahead. Now all I have to do is wait for the computer to catch up with them. Last year I went for six months with the kitchen clock off by an hour - just to lazy to haul out the ladder and take are of it. But I've even done that. I feel so virtuous. ;)

That radar of yours is looking pretty empty. Good day for a walk, yes?
