The Queen is happy with her new computer and says Windows 7 sure beats Vista.
I recovered her geneaolgy data ,all 2245 names, but today I have to recover her documents and pictures.
While she was working on the geneaology app she made 1 error and turned her family tree into a tangled bush. :) It's a good thing I set aside the backup drive, I can restore her data back to testerday morning and she'll only loose 1 day's research. That project sure keeps her from chasing young men down the street. If the young men knew what a great companion and caring wife she was they'd be chasing her.
I got Abbey out on the bunny trails yesterday but no bunnies were found. It sure was a nice day for a walk and Abbey had to be dried off before the Queen would let her into the house. I wonder why a wet dog smells so bad.
BTW the radio just told me that today is day 1 on the garbage cycle. No trash on the curb today. I guess this day will be the same as yesterday for us retired people. Gosh I miss weekends. :)

Happy wife = happy life! :)

I like Win 7 too; the way everything is set up, most of it makes sense, and is easy to understand!

Looks like a nice day to have that wet dog smell in the house again! :) Enjoy!

Good morning Tony. Glad to hear all is well on the Prairie and that the Queen is happy with her new computer. I agree with the Queen, Windows 7 Home Premium is the best Microsoft has come out with yet. Finally someone is getting it right.

Sun is shining here, the frost will soon be gone replaced with temps in the mid to high 40s today although winds are accompanying it. Oh well, guess we can't complain too much... Sure is nice when you can take the trash to the road still in your Feb even...LOL

Yes, unfortunately for us, retirement means long wknds...LOL Tony, is that such a bad thing???

Anyway dear ones, have a great day on the Prairies. HUGS to all.
