While walking Abby I saw a man putting a bicycle in the garbage, it looked too good to be thrown out. I asked him if I could take it. He said sure. I bought a few parts for $17 and installed them. It works great and the neighbor says it looks almost new. It's amazing what people throw out to fill the land fills.

Me and Abby have been lucky this last week avoiding the showers. Yesterday we got about 4 1/2 miles with getting wet. Hopefully the rain is ending on the prairie.
We'll be having a family BBQ for the middle daughter this weekend, hopefully the weather will hold.
