The high today a forecast 11 with an overnight low of 3. Clouds this afternoon with rain. The long range forecast for Sunday sounds great with a high of 21. I think the weather people enhance the weekend forecasts to keep Manitoban's from leaving.
Winnipeg to the east was -1 this morning, we were more fortunate with a low of 3. It was still a cool walk to work.
What a mess I made last night. I broke a carboy full of my homemade beer. Beer all over the basement carpet. What a waste.

He thought is was great that Buck never run away when I unleashed him. The dog goes about 200 feet in front of me, stops looks back and waits.

That dog comes home, lies down for 1/2 hour, then goes and smells his leash again. He sure has a short memory.

I got rained on while on my walk with Buck yesterday. Its a good thing I was prepared with a raincoat. The rain didn't bother the dog at all. He really enjoyed his 3 1/2 mile stroll yesterday. The event was held at Brokenhead First Nation. A shaman prosided over the event. Songs were sung, stories were shared by people who's lives Seven Feathers Eagle Man had touched, and food was shared by friends and relatives. What a wonderful way to send a loved one on thier journey through the western door to the spirit world beyond.
