Take care.
I think it is WU themselves, as they are trying to incorporate so many new features at once.
Have you noticed the latest? The community activity, showing all the blog posts as they happen. - live! Found down on the right of the blog comment box.
Works ok on the laptop, but has a tendency to 'float' on the IPad! lol
Edit
Oh, they are obviously trying to burst the server! When I came to read the blog I saw Janet, but now the settings are fixed at Show Average and Janet is hidden. I tried resetting it at Show All, but to no avail!! Fiddle-diddle!!
2nd edit! Show all is back!! As is Janet! lol
Janet, I don't think that running script has anything to do with my hard drive, like our IT guy said. We just got brand, spanking new computers about 3 weeks ago. I no longer have the one I was originally getting that error on. Now, I have no idea if what I've got IS brand, spanking new or if it's a refurbished piece. I know one of my two monitors is used.
Very obviously. Whoever had it before taped notes all
around the edges. They did remove the notes but I've been picking at stickum for three weeks.
Sandi, I think you might be right about the problems being with WU.
I just noticed that Community Activity thing. I thought my eyes were playing tricks on me for a sec.
Only have 30 minutes for lunch today, as I need to leave early to stop by the optician's office before they close. I picked up my computer glasses yesterday but I think there's something wrong with them. I think, when they took the lenses out of the frames I wanted to use (an old pair I had at the house), they got the lenses mixed up and put a new one and an old one back inthe frames. I'm all off kilter.
Hello,
The blog issues have been fixed -- you may need to sign-out and back in again for it to work correctly.

William

This was dated 11/27. If anyone is still seeing that 'internal server error', whecn trying to access the blogs, email Support.
Bug - wishing you a very happy, healthy and peaceful month.
I am glad to see someone actually replied to your mail.
What they need to do now is to move the link for the new Community Activity from the bottom of the Blog tab. The bottom link was always, 'Favourite blogs', but not any more. I have lost count of how many times I have opened the dratted Community activity this morning! I have now resorted to back-up each page, rather than refresh on the link as I used to do.
It may be ok on a proper computer, but on a touch screen tablet it is annoying, as my finger is so used to going to the bottom of the tab!
Ok, I am 'jabbering', so time to shut up and get on leaving my monthly greetings. lol
Wishing you and yours a happy and safe December.

Sandi, well, they said the blog issue was fixed. I guess we will find out soon enough if that 'internal server error' message/page disappears for good.
I never used the 'favourte blogs' function. I have mine in 'Recommended Links.' It needs updating, as there are a few I'd like to add. It's something to add to my To Do list, if I ever get around to doing them!
Pros, I love the Dr. Seuss quote!
My back has still been giving me fits. It would ease off some and the next day, it would be back with a vengeance.
So, after work yesterday, I swung by that after hours place near my house: Doctors Care. I was beginning to wonder if it was a pulled/spasmed muscle, after all. It had been 7 days and didn't seem to be getting any better. I'd never had a sore back hang on this long before. 3-4 days is usually the norm.
The verdict: I just did a number on my back. The doctor said I wasn't being silly by coming in to be checked; it was sensible. Esp after a week. It could have easily been something else.
He gave me scrips for a muscle relaxant and some prescriptions strength ibuprofen. I'm still sore this morning but, hopefully, by the time I go back to work Monday, I'll be better.
I'm not sure how much I'll be able to get done around the house this weekend if I take both of those scrips 3X daily, as prescribed. Taken together last night, they knocked me out flat. Perhaps just the ibuprofen during the day and then both before bed.
The elderly woman we check in on has taking pain killers that pretty much put her in a coma for several years. She is still trying to regain some of her memory. She took herself off them when her husband got sick & needed care.
Looks like you might have been warm enough to have laundry dry even if the sun didn't shine. We have had a beautiful day! No laundry to do, did it earlier in the week. I have just been lazing about & setting out on the patio enoying the warmth.
take care & as you like to say to Sandi "baby steps" with the back.
Janet, the back is still sore but I think better than it was. I stuck with just the ibuprofen yesterday and didn't take one of the muscle relaxants until I was ready for bed. It put me out like a light again.
There's no way I can take both of them during the day and still function.
Frankly, I think the ibuprofen on it's own should be enough. It relieves the muscle ache and breaks the cycle of discomfort and tensing up of other muscles, to compensate for the strained one. I think that should be enough. Along with time.
Got another load of clothes in the wash. I was late starting it all yesterday and didn't finish. Despite the warmer temps, I still had some damp items to bring in before dark yesterday. We hung them up inside and they're all dry now.
Not looking forward to the mountain of backbreaking laundry in front of me either:)
Max seems to be on the recovery road also. He has been living off Campbells chicken noodle soup the past couple of days. very high sodium but its whatever works at this point.
Our nice day went downhill fast today. Never did see 70, maybe tomorrow. As Scarlett says..after all tomorrow is another day....
