Today I got home in time to take my dog Maggie to the beach for a ball-chasing session. It was cold and windy but the sunset and her enthusiasm made for a great time. I took a lot of photos of the sky, the clammers and the sea. The wind was out of the east and was strong enough to blow the tops off the waves, sending spray flying backwards as the waves broke. Those folks out there were probably just glad it wasn't raining horizontally. If you have been clamming you know how to dress for it, and you know you will be wet, cold and sandy. There was even someone out there with a walker, but not sure if he was using it to support him or his stuff. It was a spectacular sunset.
