I want to begin by thanking those of you who have taken your time to post such very thoughtful comments in both my previous blog as well as via WU mail (I hope you know who you are).:) It is because of people like yourselves that I truly miss being away from these blogs when personal circumstances dictate that it must be the case. If I were to be unable to make even one more post, I already feel as though I have been so immensely blessed to have met so many wonderful souls through this forum, that would've never occured otherwise. For me, the relationships we share in this life (whether they be with God, family, friends, or just simply the brief encounters we have with other thoughtful and kind individuals) are by far the things thar make life truly worth living. As a result, I feel both immensely blessed as well as incredibly humbled by these people I have been so fortunate to have met in my very own life.:) In short, thank you for being one of those people and making me feel as though I am one of the richest people on earth, where it matters most.
With all the aforementioned in mind, I should add that I am extremely busy right now. Consequently, I will be fortunate if I can even find enough time to update my blog at some point during this upcoming week. That being said, you can rest assured I will do my very best to do so. My relative absense from the blogs are both a combination of an increased workload at my job, and my desire to make my family the priority they are and should be considering the decreased time I have had as a result.
As time does allow, I will write the fourth and concluding installment of my own personal account of Hurricane Fran's devastating landfall in NC, commenerating the 10th anniversary of this very historic event. Moreover, I will also continue to provide tropical updates if and when I feel as though conditions warrent such analysis on my part. In keeping with the sole purpose for which I even began writing a blog, I will return at some point (as soon as possible) to writing subsequent blog entries on the basics of weather which I have titled (not that original of course) my "Weather 101" series. Simply put, if I can't spend time on these blogs sharing my own unique experience and knowledge (only obtained through my own unique circumstances in life that made it possible) in hopes of helping others in some minute way, then I personally see no point in maintaining a blog myself. That being said, I could have never imagined how truly blessed I would be to have met so many kind, thoughtful, and compassionate souls in the process that I am proud to consider true friends.:) I would be remiss if I didn't also express my personal gratitude to so many of you who take the time to share your own vast knowledge of the weather that was obtained from your very own unique experiences and circumstances in life. Likewise, I also greatly appreciate you sharing your personal experiences and thoughts relative to non weather related topics as well. In my humble opinion, we ALL are able to help one another if we simply take the time to genuinely desire to do so. I am a firm believer in the old wise expression that says, that it is always truly better to give than it is to receive. Once again, thank you for being just one of those individuals, and enriching my own life in the process.:)
May God continue to bless us all, and I hope each and everyone of you have a truly blessed rest of the weekend and week to come.:)
