TRACKING A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING A TORNADO. THIS
DANGEROUS STORM WAS LOCATED NEAR PARSONS...AND MOVING EAST AT 25
MPH.

* LOCATIONS IMPACTED INCLUDE...
MAINLY RURAL AREAS OF EASTERN LABETTE COUNTY.
