I just read on Dr. Greg Forbe's weather blog that this March has been the 3rd least active in history. He said after the first 20 days of March, the country usually averages around 96 tornadoes. So far, there have only been 4 reported. Will this tornado "dry spell" last? Let's hope so. There are some storms coming to Dothan on Friday, but it is still too early to tell if they will be severe or not. It should be a nice day here in Lower Alabama today, but watch those temps start to tumble and those winds start to howl by tomorrow.
