It's almost like the theme from Jaws 2: "Just when you thought it was safe to go back into the water." With Dothan's weather, it should be, "Just when you thought it was safe to put away your jacket." A strong ridge of High pressure has ushered in cool temperatures and gusty winds. As chilly as it will be tonight (40ish), it will warm up into the low 80's by Wednesday. At least we will be dry for a few days, though. The next good chance of rain will be Friday. So, can we stand the cool temps one more time? Will this be the last cool snap of the Spring? People from this area know all bets are off until after Easter.
