06:30, 44f, a fog. roosters crowing. red rooster still on his roost. guardian snoring by truck. sheep in the woodlot. donkeys complaining about the lack of hay. pup wants to play. sunday!
09:00, low tide at CK. east wind, 8 knts. 56f. cormorants at the oyster bar. 2 guys in camo wading through marsh with a cast net might be in for a surprise if they walk out on mud flats.. great blue fishing on edge of peat bank.
church was good. sermon on heeding Jesus's teachings both inwardly and outwardly.
12:30, still low tide at #4 bridge but slowly rising. south wind, 2 knts. 65f. fed cat! seagulls at oyster bar. egrets in marsh.
14:20, 81f at back door in sun. clear. sunny. pup outside digging holes. cuban sandwich for lunch. lovely out.
18:30, 63f, waxing crescent moon to west above treeline. like a thin asian bowl. got 2 eggs. donkeys got hay. ran low on sweet feed so they had to eat corn. guardian sneaks though gate to romp through donkey woodlot..
09:20, 56f, a fog but clear above with a lot of stars. lovely the stars shining through the leafless branches of the oaks. guardian returns by way of falling down horse barn. strong odor of skunk.
