07:30, 70F, pale orange sunrise. roosters crowing. cool out, feels good. brief walk with pup down lane. guardian in yard. biscuits for breakfast. pup wants one..
13:30, 93F, partly cloudy, partly sunny. slight NE breeze. spent morning weeding garden. hot. wash on the line. at noon went to hay guy's for a load of hay. guardian rode shotgun. unloaded hay. light lunch. nap time.
boss called wondering where I was. "at home weeding the garden..." would have gone over my alloted hours had I gone into the lab today.
19:30, 82F, partly cloudy. big wheelbarrow full of weeds from herb gerden. everything watered with the last of my 5 gal. rain buckets where I collect run-off from the tin roof. got 3 eggs. 1 doe, 2 yearling twins, and 1 fawn in donkey woodlot. a lot of barking.. dumb dogs. wash dry. took inside. BIG bright orange moon rising in the east. beautiful!
20:50, 78F, partly cloudy. lovely pale full moon in the east. moonlight walk with pup down lane. guardian in sheep fold barking. stars dimmed out from moon's light.
