06:00, 75F, overcast. fog. waning gibbous moon a dim light behind gray clouds. roosters crowing. guardian stand-offish this morning. walk with pup and distant guardian down lane. clouds blocking sunrise. sheep stirring.
09:00, medium tide fallng. NE wind, 10 knts. 76F. church was good. sermon on aiding the poor, healing, compassion. fed cat.
11:00, low tide with spoonbills scattered around oyster bars and mud banks. heading for the treasure camp restaurant on the suwannee river for lunch with an anthropologist friend. river was high and swift. partly cloudy, sunny. lovely.
15:10, 92F at back door in the sun. covered camellias and olives and let sheep in the yard. they were thrilled. visit from another friend for sheep manure for her vegetable garden.
21:20, 78F, mostly cloudy, foggy. sheep back in barn chewing their cud. just a few stars. slight NE breeze. scent of conifers. good night world.
