07:05, 38F, clear. lovely bright orange sunrise coming up. dogs loving the chilly mornings. roosters up. crowing squabbling. hash and egg for breakfast. lamb bottles heating up.
10:30, 61F, west wind, 5 knts. sunny. low tide rising at CK. small flocks of ducks scattered through the creeks and flats. herons.
washed last seine. began perusing the other 600 ft. seine for rips. lab cat following along. beautiful day!
15:40, 64F, west wind, 6-12 knts. getting chilly again. medium tide at #4 bridge with ducks.
17:30, 55F, chilly breeze, partly cloudy. got 2 eggs. waxing almost-full-moon in eastern sky.
20:50, 51F, a haze. moon has a ring. orion barely visible. jupiter, stars, and pines..
