Good evening everyone! Had a cookout with my father tonight, which was a lot of fun. It was warm, but we had a very nice breeze which helped keep things nice.

The 18z GFS has an interesting solution this evening. There is a wave in the Carribean shown in this image:

The 18Z GFS appears to develop this system and take it towards the Florida Keys:

Things may get interesting by mid week. I will monitor the situation.

Our weather today was warm and dry. Here in Tillman's Corner we received no rain. High temp hit 93. Here is the forecast for tonight, tomorrow, and tomorrow night:

Tonight: Mostly clear, with a low around 71. Southeast wind around 5 mph.

Monday: Mostly sunny, with a high near 88. Southeast wind between 5 and 15 mph.

Monday Night: Mostly clear, with a low around 71. Southeast wind between 5 and 10 mph.

There is not much of a chance of rain through mid week at this point, but I will monitor models and update if necessary.

I will have an update tomorrow.

The models are indicating that we may have tropical development, but it is too early to tell if it will affect our weather. My thinking right now is probably not, but time will tell.imgimgimgimgCurrent advisory from NWS Mobile:... High rip current risk remains in ef...

Been an interesting weather day here on the Gulf Coast. Cloudy for most of the day, and now the rain has moved in, but not much here in Tillman's Corner. It is still very early but the blogs are heating up at the prospect of tropical activity. The season is still 3 weeks away, but ap...
