Short Term(Today-Monday)

Currently there is a frontal system passing through the Tallahassee area that will pass through in the short term period. High for today for will be around 60F which is slightly below seasonal averages for this time of the year. Low for tonight will be around 35F which is around average temperatures for this time of the year. High for Sunday will be around 63F which is around seasonal averages. Sunday night/Monday morning lows will be 48F.

Long Term(Monday Afternoon-Friday)

The long term period begins with both the NAM and GFS being in good agreement with the coming precipitation that will be in the area on Monday afternoon. GFS model is slightly more aggressive than the NAM with an incoming low that will develop over the Gulf of Mexico. On Tuesday the NAM will be more aggressive than the GFS until the end of its period. The conclusion for the long term period is that since the two models start to diverge after Monday more observations will be needed so that the models will be in more sync more.
