Short Term(Today-Tuesday morning)

Currently there is a cold front across the Tallahassee area that will bring rain to the area. Highs for today will be around 87F which is below the seasonal averages for this time of the year. Lows for tonight will be around 75F which is slightly warmer than the seasonal average by a degree or two. Monday's high will be around 89F which is still below the seasonal average for this time of the year. Monday will also have showers during the afternoon and evening hours. Lows for Monday night/Tuesday morning will be around 75F.



Long Term(Tuesday afternoon-Friday)

Current long term period models are in some agreement with the moisture for the coming days. The GFS is more aggressive than the NAM model. Next week is projected to have showers during the afternoon hours and another cold front will come into the area after the front that is currently in the area has some energy and moves away. Temperatures during this time will be slightly below seasonal averages(around 86F) until the end of the week. Then temperatures are expected to pick up to around seasonal averages(about 92F).
