La Niña vs. El Niño

La Niña and El Niño are complex weather patterns resulting from variations in ocean temperatures in the Equatorial Pacific. She's cooler and he's warmer, in very basic terms.

accented characters and symbols breaking when edited

usually apostrophe symbol break into symbols, i.e. %u2018MAHASEN%u2019 becomes %u2018MAHASEN%u2019 after you modify your comment in any way.
