Monday: Turning partly cloudy with a chance for showers and thunderstorms in the evening. Best chances will be between 6pm-Midnight. Some storms could be severe with hail and gusty winds. Breezy with highs in the low to mid 80's.
Monday Night: Any showers or thunderstorms should taper off by midnight, then becoming partly cloudy. Lows in the mid 60's.
Tuesday: Partly Cloudy and Muggy with showers and thunderstorms developing in the afternoon and evening. Storms could become severe with hail and gusty winds. Highs in the mid 80's.

Outlook: A warm front will lift north Monday morning bringing the return of a warm and muggy airmass. This front will hang around through the next few days bringing the chances for showers and thunderstorms, at least through Wednesday. Then cooler less humid air will settle in for the second half of the week.

****8am Update**** Current radar showing round one of the snow tapering off to lighter snow. If you look back to the southwest, in the Central Plains, more snow is developing and likely to continue. This next wave of snow is expected to be heavier with accumulations that could bring 1-2" inches per hour is certainly possible later tonight! Intermittent snow showers will contine through this afternoon, with additional development later this evening. With temperatures right around the freezing mark, along with enough of the suns radition, will continue to keep roads just wet this afternoon. However, once the sun sets and temperatures drop into the upper 20's, thats when some snow could accumulate on the roadways. Accumulations by Thursday morning will be right around 1" or so.Once this system heads into ...

Some clouds to start, but decresing clouds a bit through the afternoon.Tuesday we'll have increasing clouds through the morning as some moisture spreads in from a developing storm system. As the forecast stands right now, we'll have a mix of sleet and freezing rain develop across the area mid to late mo...
