We are causing them to go up!!

Imagine how bad hurricanes will be without wind shear as the SSTS continue to rise, and this will cause wind shear to go away, thus causing year long seasons?

I think what will happen is, as the water warms, more heat will rise from it, and will slow down the horizontal wind shear in the upper atmosphere as it collides with it.

The tropical North Atlantic SST appears to act in concert with the overlying tropospheric circulation such that warmer SSTs correspond to reduced vertical wind shear in the MDR (12, 24).

So it seems I am right on this one, also!

Higher SSTs means less vertical wind shear and allows more storms to form!

So, lets say the ~ SSTS are 2 degrees higher now than what they are now, how will that effect wind shear? Will it make more, or less??

Higher SST's would cause wind shear to 'go away'?
