Horrific day care fire in Mexico. 31 children dead
42 babies dead! So heartbreaking! Think for a moment if yours, or one you know. Do the trolls of Season really matter in the scheme of life? Does it matter how many reincarnations they become? Does anyone really care? Politics? Who gives a damn when it comes to the innocent? You can bet each and every parent with a lost or maimed child wishes they could go back in time. Would you?
Be blessed, forgive others, forgive yourselves, and pray you will never be in those parents shoes!!!!
A kinder, gentler way, is my wish for all this season.
While this fire, and other children's loss makes me ill beyond belief. I am NO COWARD. I closed comments out of respect. Mail from one already who is a regular, but afraid to be him/herself. Comments open. Flame or agree away. I am out for the night. To take a line from MLC? Play nice. No one really wants ugly. Even yourself, if you choose to be so. Trust me been there, done that.
Have a great night and better Season! Won't be here much to comment, but will see ya'll round the WU blogosphere, 'specially when the big winds start to blow.
Pray for the surviving children, and the parents of lost, and healing ones.

Looking for run patterns of snakes. If dry here (FL), they seem to look for water. If wet, they seem to seek dry ground. No win situation here.
Am specifically looking for info on their senses, and how to keep them out. Do they smell or feel other animals presence? My neighbor killed a water mocassin in their yard yesterday. Small one 13"-14". Still enough to scare the bejeesus outta me! They've seen 3 other snakes this spring as well. I haven't seen any in my yard thankfully. I know they must be here though.
They have small dogs who are never outside without one of them due to the prey birds here. I have large dogs. If there is a bird large enough to carry one of mine off, we're all in trouble!
Anyhow am working remotely, and my dogs are staying outside in my back yard a good part of the day before it gets too hot to do so. I know the nasty dispostion of mocassins, pygmies, and eastern diamond backs. Do they stay away from other animals presence? Do they even know there are animals around?
I live on the perimeter of Eglin AFB, and at Duke Field, they are clearing a massive amount of acreage for the Army Rangers who will make their home here in Jan. As the crow flies, it's very close to me. I think they have the snakes and other critters on the run.
Any knowledge will will be welcomed. My greatest fear in the world is a snake. Irrational to some I know. Can't be helped though. Guess it comes from my growing up in the wilds of S. FL. Yes, it was open spaces, and orange groves back then. I saw snakes larger than me then!

My wishes and blessings for you all. My ancestry is heavily Irish on my maternal side. So kiss me!My only resolve in the New Year is for expansion of self, and blessings for all. Expansion of self requires much, and I start that journey. I will be in and out, and see you when I see you! I leave you with Irish blessings.May the road rise with you.May the blessing of the rain be on you—the soft sweet rain.May it fall upon your spiritso that all the little flowers ma...

Being one who is of smaller mind than many of the creative, academic, traditionalists, etc. here (although I do love reading all), I am finding a need for the "oh @%#&, did I really do that, did you see that, can you believe that" type posts. Surely we have all been a part of them, or have seen them at sometime in our lives.Am looking forward to reading any faux pas you have either been a part of, or have witnessed during the holiday season.Having had injured myself...
