For the past month or more my Airport Base Station has been losing its connection daily. So this has been interrupting the upload of data to Weather Underground. I have also had problems with my rain gauge. A few month as ago it began acting erratically, recording when it wasn't raining, not recording when it was raining. At first I thought it was being affected by high wind shaking the collector, but I'm not too sure. I recently looked at a data logger that Ambient sells for $300. It' s like a mini Lynux computer with IP connection to the Internet. All you have to do is plug your console into it and plug it into you router. Don't have three hundred bucks to spare though.
