Hi Ho, Happy Tuesday!
Love your selection of photos this time - especially the aerial shot of Key Largo:)

Edit - me again, two days later! - I also love the blue bike against the blue steps and sky.

It is like my "blue on blue on blue" photo!

Blue on blue on blue!

Hope all is well with you :)

Thank you and Happy March to you and Sandi, Dave, Pros and Bug! Glad you enjoyed the photos, Dave. Glad you enjoyed the movie clip, Bug :)

If you can talk G into moving maybe you should advertise your place to people in Minnesota or anywhere on the east coast or midwest right now! You may have a bidding war on your hands, LOL!

Hope all is well Mike!!!

White Rabbits, Mike, and happy March!

I think the reason those old pictures look the way they do is the film and/or developing process, plus aging of the photo itself. The colors seem to fade into almost sepia tones. I have quite a few like that in my collection.

Love the clip from 'Key Largo.' One of my favourites!

Hi Mike,

Yes we are getting more rain for both California and Nevada. It looks as though that the rain is coming from the west northwest, instead of from the Pineapple Express. I hope that these storms will bring the snow level lower so we can have more snow for the Sierras.

Your photos from Florida are great. I like those older photos of Hawaii during the volcanic eruption of Mauna Loa on Highway 11.The photo on the aurora borealis is fantastic.

OOh, Mike... blow what G says, time to get out of that place. It would make me ill with stress, too.

The A1 is a two lane/three lane road in each direction with some stretches actually four lanes wide, and it does go all the way from London to Edinburgh!

I got chucked on!! Never mind, the hair looks better wet!! lol

Is the A1 now a motorway that goes from London to Edinburgh?

Were you able to go out without being "chucked on"?

Well, there you are!

Why is it all photos of men in the 70's look similar...apart from the red hair, it could be a photo of my first hubby - the glasses, the curls, the geeky t-shirt and the bottle in hand!! Lol

The first 'long' road here in the UK was originally know as 'The Great North Road', as it went from London to Edinburgh. It then got renamed as the A1.

Oh, fiddle! I am sitting in the conservatory, drinking a coffee and playing with Max between sentences, and the heavens have just opened!!! It is 'chucking it' down!!
I am going out in about 30 mins, so I hope it stops!!

We were all clones back then...it was a Frankenfashion experiment gone terribly awry.
