First Snow Cover of the Season - Mid Michigan
Posted by: chatcat, 11:35 PM GMT on November 25, 2012 +0
Although it wasn't much, we woke to a white world this morning. I measured only 1/3 inch on flat surfaces but it is enough to brighten up the landscape. The snow melt measured 0.06" in my gauge. Our Sunday continued to be cloudy and very chilly with our 8 AM temp only at 27F. Right now (6:30 PM), our temp is 34.2F (today's high), the humidity is 66% and skies remain overcast. Most of the snow has melted although a trace remains on the bare surfaces.

OUR FORECAST:
Tonight...Mostly cloudy...Becoming partly cloudy. A chance of flurries. Lows 24 to 28. West winds 5 to 15 mph...Becoming light and variable.

Monday...Partly cloudy. Highs 33 to 37. West winds 5 to 15 mph.

Monday Night...Partly cloudy. Lows 20 to 24. West winds 5 to 15 mph.

Tuesday...Partly cloudy. Highs 32 to 36. West winds 5 to 15 mph.

Tuesday Night...Partly cloudy. Lows 23 to 27. Southwest winds 5 to 15 mph.
