First Snow Cover of the Season - Mid Michigan
Although it wasn't much, we woke to a white world this morning. I measured only 1/3 inch on flat surfaces but it is enough to brighten up the landscape. The snow melt measured 0.06" in my gauge. Our Sunday continued to be cloudy and very chilly with our 8 AM temp only at 27F. Right now (6:30 PM), our temp is 34.2F (today's high), the humidity is 66% and skies remain overcast. Most of the snow has melted although a trace remains on the bare surfaces.
