All Grown Up (peacocks that is)

By: calpoppy, 3:21 PM GMT on January 28, 2015

Continuing on the bird theme I thought a blog about my peacocks would be fitting, especially since I have loads of pictures of them.

We started with five peafowl chicks and now only have two. We knew in the beginning that there would be some loses. But the ones that were taken were taken at night when they roosted in a low enough place that the coyotes had an easy time getting to them. So now we have two, which is plenty and they roost very high now!...

We stayed in Angel Creek the first two nights then moved to Thompson Canyon campsite the next two nights. The canyon sides are rock, cut clean by the huge...
