Hey Dan, hope all is well up there. Doesn't look like it was too cold last month - not seeing the temps I would have expected.

Yes. All is well. Right you are about the temperatures. Just one day with the temperature staying below freezing. Very little snow and as March begins, the feel of Spring is in the air.
