Watching TD18 with some concerns for the Northeast. Several models, including GFS AND Euro, bring this storm up the Eastern Seaboard. How strong and what type of storm remains to be seen. Several scenerios are possible. With a negative tilt to the jet expected to be in place, it is quite possible that the storm could ride the jet and make landfall in Southern New England. Another possibility would be for the TD to be nudged out to sea with a secondary storm forming along the East coast. I cant post no model info due to problems with my pc but I will try and resolve this issue.
Finally a nice day here in Connecticut. Sunny, with highs in the 50's. I took a walk on the beach with a friend. After a very rough winter, Spring looks like It's moving in.

The weather up there should be really nice now. HOpe you're getting along OK.
Been meaning to stop by and see how you were doing but I really don't get online all that much anymore. That may change, once the 'Season' starts June 1st. Then I'll be back, glued to the radars and discussing who's in the line of fire and which way to run.

I've been absent from da blogs for a long time due to personal issues, but I'm changing my lifestyle. I'm tired of isolating myself from the world and i'm taking steps to put myself back in the world. It's been a long lonely road that I took and I want to fill the empty shell i have been living in for many years. So hello to all and hope to see ya's around

Hi Art. so good to see you again. Yes we have been enjoying some outstanding weather here too but reality sets in on Monday for a few days when our temps are back in the high 40s and low 50s but it won't be long before those lovely 70s and 80s will be back. I did something yesterday that no one has ever been able to do before this early, I cut my lawn as it had grown way too much to leave for later. Who ever heard of mowing one's lawn in March...LOL
Well dear one, have yourself a wonderful evening. So glad you are finally back and that things are starting to get better for you. BIG HUGS

Good day Art. Yes the temps took a real dip last night, we got down to 27F, I went out and covered up my flowering azalea bush last night hoping to protect it. Everything else so far looks ok. Its bright and sunny here today but with temps around 50F and a wind at 17mph, it feels cooler. Was just out cleaning up the yard from winter trash that got blown in. Looks like there may be more before the week is over as the real winds start up tomorrow again and we could see gusts up between 25 and 30 mph.
Glad I did cut that grass out front here, it sure was long and thick after those high temps. I know that if I had not cut it, I would have had real trouble trying to do it later. The neighbour cut his as well...LOL Once it warms up again, then I will have to cut back alot of my bushes in the back. Some have really gotten out of hand after not being done last year. Still having health issues but I do what I can.
Anyway dear one, have a wonderful day...may you only know prosperity ahead.

Hi Peace Thank you so much. Your WordsMean So much to me. I have missed my WU family a great deal. So big {{{hugs}}} to you and all.
Hi Alley Things are cold here too. But normal for this time of year. Today we had a line of thunderstorms move through and they produced heavy rain and pea size hail. By next week we will be warming up again.
Hi Bug Thanks for stopping by. I am back in CT. Myrtle Beach didn't work out. My friend tried to build his buiseness but with the economy the way it is it didn't work out. Too bad because I really liked it there. I have a great job in my trade now, and knock on wood, things are going good.

This upcoming week will feature a chance of showers the first few days of the week, with temps remaining around average for early spring. Missing those 80 degree temps we had the past few weeks...LOL

It,s looking more and more like a New England Landfall with Sandy. Hoping the 50 foot dead tree which is leaning towards my house is able to withstand this.

We spend January 1 walking through our lives, room by room, drawing up a list of work to be done, cracks to be patched. Maybe this year, to balance the list, we ought to walk through the rooms of our lives... not looking for flaws, but for potential.
