Cloud Seeding Isaac

By: biff4ugo , 12:00 PM GMT on August 28, 2012

This morning you can clearly see what seems to be 5 dispersed cloud seeding plumes in the dry band areas of Isaac, spaced across the gulf. The plumes are all about the same size, happen at nearly the same time, and disperse rapidly.
China is actively cloud seeding to alter their weather. If this ISN'T something by our navy, it should be looked at.
Cloud development does seem retarded after the plumes dissipate, and the dry/less cloudy band where they disperse is helping prevent eyewall formation.
