But it is certainly warmer than it has been, not to mention seeing the sun all day. Brings in spring fever!
But Rain is Returning
But the rain is returning--it is March after all. We can expect beautiful cloud free but cool days, hail, snow, rain and everything else as we struggle to get into Spring.
Winter Storm Names
I really strongly feel this naming of Winter storms has got to stop. First of all it is regional bias--it only is done for the East Coast. Not for the other 2/3 of the country.
Secondly, I feel it will make the public less sensative, less aware, during hurricane season. I would certainly feel that way--because winter storms affect areas differently, if i got a series of dud names in the winter I would be less inclined to be concerned about named storms in the summer.
