I live and work in metropolitan Lewisport, KY. I like webcams, through which I can see the whole world!

"This is a view fit for the Gods. What am I doing here?"
Flying to Abbijan? ;' )
You summed the answer perfectly, by the way, even with faulty information.
I spent only a few years working for large organizations but I think I understand.
I liked most of the folks I met there but had trouble adjusting to what I saw as incompetence in authorities supposedly "in charge".
Everybody have a good night!
Well thanks for letting us blog with you !! Cams especially the animals cams .. the little ones when they come over always want to look at them .. Always confident in knowing it is a safe blog for them to do so ..
Got down to 0.9 here last night .. 3.2 in town .. just missed the zero mark .. only down to 10 tonight ? after a high of 12 today ..
13 degrees ..
No I don't have to start the car. I've told the Queen that I could be arrested for having care and control of a vehicle with no drivers license.
Have a good day.
all the cams looking good this morning but I do notice there are no rooftop diners at Spindeuv, imagine that! I think I'll run away to the VI's, it looks much more inviting!
Take care
Nice views this am.
Cams look good this morning; plenty of elk showed up to feed this morning, and a deer is sharing the corn with two squirrels!
Wab, I've never really thought of this blog as particularly oriented toward children, but I don't care for any of the garbage that you can find in media nowadays, so I guess I made the blog the way it is subconciously! :') I'm glad you can trust this blog, and I'll try to be extra careful to make sure it stays that way!
Trauma, you don't need a passport to go to the USVI, and they're in the 80s! You can wear long johns there, if you wish, but people might look at you funny! ;' )
Hi, GG! Resturant? I thought that it was an electronics shop before it burned! Wonder if anyone's still living upstairs? Still looks kinda rough......
Tony, with an excuse like that, you could've made a good maintenance guy here at work! :' )
Janet, I've heard of the band Three Dog Night, but never heard the phrase used in a sentence before! Had to go look it up, and I must say that I'd prefer three blankets to three dogs, lol!
Mornin', Rob!
Have a great shift and stay warm.
Take care!
The car must have been the daughter. I missed the visit I was napping.
Have a good day.
Moon over Milos tonight!
Hi, Tony! Sneak in, sneak out! At least she didn't wake you! :' )
33, Sandi? Makes you want to hula, doesn't it? :' )
Evenin' evenin', Todd!
Radar's showing frozen stuff, but I haven't ventured outside to see if anything's actually making it to the ground!
There's a gathering of folk at Place Stanislaus. Hong Kong is showing considerable air pollution! :( According to their website, NO2 is their main polluter, with API readings ranging from 62 to 139! No wonder the view is hazy!
Kittys got an early start this morning. Sam was in a mood to harrass Snickers a bit.
stay warm~ next week promises to be better...
I hope this stuff passes you by!
The only place with any sun today is Spindleuv, but minus 6.5 C so I won't bother visiting!
Freezing rain is horrid, much worse than snow, so take care out there!
Stay warm and safe Ylee!
The Lewisport weathersticker is lying! We are NOT getting snow!
Rob, I get to stay over at work an extra four hours(yippee!), so maybe by then the salt trucks will have made a dent on the roads!
I need a nap.....
I'll be sure to spash on the sun screen before I dig a space in thr snow to lie down. The reflection from the white stuff will make for a quick tan.
Enjoy your day.
Does Kentucky use salt for the roads or cinder?
Ylee, I just stumbled across that blog, while looking for bathroom computer set up images. I just couldn't find that one anywhere but that blogsite. Why, I dunno. I've seen it before, in other places.
Have a great day.
First time I've seen any during the day ..
Stanislas cam is down for the moment; four pointer is back at the feeder cam! Lots of clouds and/or rain everywhere else that has daylight!
Tony, tell me how it works! And pictures! We want pictures! :' )
Cal, Ky. has two strategms when it comes to ice on the roads! First, if they know it's coming and the roads are dry, they spray a solution of beet juice on the road, which works as an antifreeze! Then they apply salt, and sometines sand, during and after the winter precip!
Bug, that is Fat Albert's home, lol!
Alley, snow is always prettier when you have nowhere to go!
wab, I'm not even sure why the elk refuge exists anymore, at least as a method of preserving elk! Modern conservation practices have created herds all over the country, including my state of Ky.!
The river you see is called the Nerang; there's no mention of it on Wikipedia being above the surrounding lands, or the lands are below sea level. Optical illusion, perhaps?
Good catch, Rob!
It's about time to go home; looks like I won't be back until Wednesday! :( Everybody have a good weekend!
Four days off!
Who will I "talk" to in a morning!
Take care and have fun.
I wonder if they've thrown out some sunflower seeds with the corn?
I'm glad you can trust this blog, and I'll try to be extra careful to make sure it stays that way!
What?! No 'Let It All Hang Out' Naturist Camp webcams? I'm bummed. lol
Enjy the day.
Lots of activity at Stanislaus and China Cafe
A huge number of elk!
As you all have noticed, the feeder cam has been down for a couple of hours. I'm on a "borrowed" computer, so I can't see the "glitch" cams. Surfers Paradise looks flooded!
Sandi, didn't quite make it to four days off! :' )
Janet, that would be nice to go to the USVI, but in order to pay for it, I have to work OT! Sorta a catch 22, you know? :'-)
Hi, Tony!
Bug, you're really trying hard to get me banned, aren't you? LOL!
at least yours is rain and not that ice fog we had. What a mess that created. thankfully no serious injures from all the accidents on those ice covered roads. we have finally gotten above freezing!
take care~
