20 July...the start of Summer Part II...begin MidSummer! Well, perhaps it's the El Niño start, or what ever, but this Summer thus far has been...well, somewhat different from any Summers I can remember...the days have surely matched the seasonal time, but the nights?! Uh-Uh...rather chilly for a Summer run, and the rather low Barometrics are an anamoly, also. And, a (to me) somewhat disturbing phenomenom, NO CRICKETS!! with their 'night music'! I'm persuing this with DepCon...just gotta know!
Solar Cycle 24...what's to say? Except...ditto! Well, there WAS that last SunSpot, that's (probably) still on the far side, or disappeared there. Drat, and a double Drat!
Well, enjoy your Summer, with 2/3 of it left...enjoy it with family, friends, or maybe just you and the Stars, but do enjoy!

Okay, here it is now 26 June and, finally, the Wx has caught up where it is supposed to be...it seemed Winter held on too long, Spring sputtered, started, sputtered, finally getting her own only in the last of the third trimester, but the nights were still pretty chilly! Well, Summer finally arrived on 21 June (0045 hrs) and only now has the temperatures been into their norms! Boy, I sure hope they last thru Fall! In SpaceWx, Cycle 24 still shows no signs...

Gosh-a-rooties! Here it is, the latter part of Spring, and the temps are still a tad on the cool side!! The days here have been tolerable, what with the wind and rain (I guess we need both) but the nights have been well below the norm, and it's possible yet another freeze warning is coming up...in June!!!! oh, ssiiggghhhhhhhhh............ Again, SpaceWx is...(drat)(sigh) still, well, yet to come... Spring and Cycle24...Where are you??? Yoohooo!!! ...

Today is Memorial Day, the time to Honor all those who gave the Most for us, from all conflicts! 'tis a pity we have to have a Memorial Day...
