A low pressure system which has already arrived over the northern portion of the state is expected to move south east over the next 24 hours, bringing rain and snow to the Southern Sierra from Yosemite to Kings Canyon.For the Bass Lake area, clouds will begin building into the area early Friday morning with rain beginning sometime in the afternoon.
