Tropical Developmemt or not in Atlantic Basin during the rest of June?

Worse case scenario are close to land developments
This is a good topic for all to debate or comnment on.
There are many examples of Cyclones developing close to land.The most recent ones that I remember are Hurricane Opal in 1995,Hurricane Alex in 2003 and Hurricane Humberto in 2008. If anyone has more examples of this type,post them.Those close to land developments are the most dangerous because they leave little time to prepare.
