Looks like Katia is struggling to fight off some strong Upper-Level winds, and has weakened to a Tropical Storm once again. On a side note, I like the name, Katia.

Wow, it seems so weird to post something to do with the Tropics after so long.

Finally, A White Christmas?

At the time of writing this small blog, it is currently 21:07 at night here and it's snowing! Now, I live in the second coldest town in Scotland so you'd expect there to be quite a bit of snow around here at this time of year, no? Well, that would be the case if my town wasn't on the coast. Being so close to a large body of water really prevents any snow from falling here, even though the small village which is about 1 mile north from here gets a heap of snow while ...
