Hi guys! I figured this week, I would share a few quick and easy recipes. These are personal favorites, and just truly amazing - in my mind at least. Plus, they don't take long to make. (Yay!!)

Well, here you go! :D

Breakfast:

Eggs in the Microwave

Ingredients:

1 Pyrex bowl
2 eggs
Pam/Butter/Margarine
a splash of milk
CHEESE!!!

Instructions:

1) Take the Pam, and grease the inside of the Pyrex bowl REALLY well. :)
2) Whisk the eggs, and add a splash of milk.
3) Pour egg/milk mixture into the Pyrex bowl, and put into the microwave for 3min. :)
4) When puffy, take out, and sprinkle (or dump) any type of cheese onto the eggs. (Colby jack does a really great job)
5) Put in microwave for 20 seconds, or until cheese is melted. :)
6) Take out, and let cool for a minute, and enjoy!

I like putting salsa on anything, so eggs/salsa/cheese is a good combination too. You can add practically anything into your eggs, but I don't like a lot of stuff.

P.S. Best enjoyed with BACON... lol

Lunch:

Spicy Chicken Sandwich

Ingredients:

Spicy Chicken from your local deli (or turkey - your choice)
Mayo
Havarti Cheese
Bread

You choose the lbs, I can't say how much you should get. lol

Instructions:

1) Unthaw the bread, if frozen, in the microwave for 13 seconds.
2) Spread mayo on bread
3) layer with cheese and spicy chicken.
4)Spread a wee bit more mayo on the other piece of bread
5) Make it a sandwich and enjoy! :D

I like plums with this, or any type of fruit, really.

Dinner:

Cheesy Salsa Bread Thing That Tastes Awesome...

Ingredients:

Mild Salsa
Bread
Mexican blend cheese
Plate

Instructions:

1) Place 1 slice of bread into the microwave for 10 seconds, to get it warm
2) Spread as much salsa as you would like on top of the bread
3) Sprinkle (or dump) cheese onto the salsa
4) Put it into the microwave for 20 seconds, or until cheese is slightly melted - almost, but not quite.
5)Let cool for 20 seconds
6) Eat and Enjoy!

Vodka Sauce Delight

Ingredients:

A jar of Vodka Sauce (it's an tomato sauce that's orange and has no alcohol)
Bread
Romano Cheese (really fine, if you can get it)
Plate

Instructions:

1) Place bread in microwave for 10 seconds.
2) Spread some Vodka Sauce on the bread
3) Sprinkle some Romano Cheese on top of the Vodka Sauce
4) Put into the Microwave for 30 seconds, or until bubbly
5) Let cool for 1 minute.
6) Eat and Enjoy!

These recipes are some of my favorites, and I find them delicious. If your microwave blows up, or implodes, it's not my fault. :)

Oh, beware: These recipes are addictive. :)

Thanks for reading, and I'll be back (hopefully) next week with a new blog! :D

Uh, I don't know how to turn it off.....

Any explaining?

:o

Nice to see you Nathan. :D

It's not a problem if you don't want to mess with it.

If you want to try to fix it, got to edit post.
Go to where you want to turn bold off.
click the "B" for bold.

you will see "strong" and "/strong" (with brackets around them)
delete the one that says "strong" that is the bold on switch.
leave the one that says "/strong" that is the missing off switch.

Save the edited comment. Should do it.

Looks like you bold(ed) the entire section instead of doing it piece-by-piece.

Only way I know of is to go into the modify part, get rid of the tags for the bold part for that lengthy section, and only highlight the parts you want to be bold.

And that's me assuming you highlighted an entire section and made it bold the first time around.

It seems you did it right for the Breakfast section. Just make the tags look similar to that for the rest of the blog.

(If that made any sense at all).

Nice to see you too. :-D
