wow..any flooding concerns there?

There was some street flooding, and some streets are still blocked off at this time. Spring Hill is very sandy soil and the water percolates into the ground fairly quickly. Soil from Brooksville and east is alot of clay, and they do have alot of flooding after heavy rains.

A few days before TS Debby showed up in this area 2 years ago, my husband (although I didn't know he was going to propose the day after I took this) and I went to Alligator Point to fish off the shore. It was too rough that day to take our little boat out. We didn't catch any fish, but, I did catch this photo.

The circle around the sun was just wild to see. I couldn't believe my phone actually got the image.

Wow Crawford. I forgot to take the correct exit off of 301 and 10 onetime and drove that stretch on the way to 95 N. That is some nice country up there. Lots of tree farms; it looked like, if my memory is holding.

Definitely plenty of trees around. I was once told that this county, Wakulla, was 70% national forest. Only 30% of the county is allowed to be built on. I do not know if that is true or not but, visually it seems that way. I've lived down here (it will always be "down here" to me being from VA) in Crawfordville since 2006. I moved to Florida from VA in 2002.

But the radar that Largo posted shows somewhat of the same thing forming.
