Wednesday September 4, 2013 - Starting to heat up!

By: StormPete , 3:17 PM GMT on September 04, 2013

Temperature during this past weekend was maybe close to the highest this year have been reported on Puerto Rico. It's starting to heat up the "Season". Today, a wave previous to 97 L have been bringing very windy bands of rain over Puerto Rico. My location is Central Northern part of the island, on the Pharmaceutical Companies Capital of the world, between Arecibo and Vega Baja. In the area that I am providing my services today, we have been very unproductive, since rain is being coming pretty hard, pretty frequent. Making moving in between buildings a very difficult task. It appears that this rain previous to 97 L strike tomorrow, will make it easier for flooding on low parts of the island. It has been raining all night long, not hard, but steady. That makes the soil to start accumulating water and making it prone to flooding. We will see what goes on latter today!
