Above normal rain through mid week. Several small vorticies are moving over the area causing tropical rains with possible bouts of severe weather.. A weak surface low has formed in the gulf. CMC has been on this for days with a drag alotta moiture, perhaps TD, across FL event. PWATS are over 2"!
