Problem viewing weathercam movies.

Just lately I've noticed that my webcam movies are not playing when I click on them. I just get a message that the movie is not loading. I also have the latest version of Flash installed. I've sent in a message to the support team so hopefully I'll be informed as to what is wrong. Anyone else having this issue?

Winter precipitation accuracy..

Well I'm learning new things! I bought a heater for the rain collector on the weather station. It IS working. HOWEVER... when it snows and there is a strong wind, I don't think the rain collector is catching any snow. It just blows right by. Living in Saskatchewan where anything under 40 km/hour is considered "calm" I can't see this being too accurate. Any ideas??
