Enjoy the Movie, Snakeymon.
And the dinner.

Here we had scrambled eggs, with stuff and whatnot in, and some grated cheese in it as well.
With toast.
But mostly, we had an avocado the size of Mozambique.
Or something.
I LOVE avocado season.

Anyway, I'm trying to complete some paperwork that keeps getting longer and longer.
So I'm going back to that.

Fear not my friends, there was a container of beef stir fry for me and a container of minestrone soup for SugarBear on the top shelf of the fridge. :))

Darn, I was already thinking about a double pepperoni with bacon pizza. With garlic knots.

Tomorrow is Friday, great night for Pizza! LOL

Wow, "You heard it here first" AND the "Medical Warning Bulletin", all in the same day. It just doesn't get any better than that. :)

No Captain yet, eh? And the radar looks like his house is getting rained on again today. The Ark may very well be floating downstream any time now.

Hmmmm, don't see anyone cooking anything in the kitchen area. SugarBear is upstairs in the Quilting Room sewing on her new quilt. Nothing is defrosting in the sink. Hmmmm, Pizza?

Greetings !
What a Joy, to be able to come back home, turn on, tune in, and find out about The Biggest Tree.

Just what a man needed to know, because, like NewX said, one never knows. Anything at all.

Anyway, the Dentist said ''yer good to go, come back in a year'' so I said ''thanks'' and for that I paid about the same as a weekend in a Villa in Tobago, flights included.
But the truth is, the day they have to start digging around in there using ''the latest tech'' like Lasers, Phasers and Razors, Pneumatic Drills, Angle Grinders, and Excavators, the costs begin to become ridiculous.

Here endeth todays Medical Warning Bulletin.

Now, some coffee.

Well, there it is then, its Official, in keeping with the Arks reputation of "You heard it here first", according to the Guinness Book of World Records, "The Worlds Widest Tree" is the Great Banyan Tree at the Acharya Jagadish Chandra Bose Indian Botanic Garden, in Shibpur, Kolkata, India.

It covers 3.5 square acres of land which equals roughly 156,000 square feet, or 14,400 square meters. The Great Banyan Tree's canopy is made up of 3,511 aerial prop roots that connect to the earth which make them look like individual trees.

Yep.
Morning has broken,
Like the first morning.

Dreamed I had made all these floor slabs out of wood, but then I could not get them to line up don't care how many times I tried to turn them this way and that.

What a Frustrating night.
I'd much rather have been hanging out by Snakeymons fridge.
At least that was fun while it lasted !

Off to the Dentist today for a check-up.
So far so good with all those munchers I still have.
Trying to keep them that way, in case I need to bite someone on the leg.
Or anything...

73 degrees in Macon this morning, 100% humidity, no rain, headed up to 90 degrees, have to finish the pruning of the landscape bushes around the house today. Will be glad when that job is finished. Those brown wasps seem to be everywhere this summer. Will do that job in January next time when they are all frozen. :)

If Swampy was here he might answer that question. LOL

Hi Goofy! I eat my Oreos without milk. Never dunk them
in milk. Hate gooey stuff. And I like the Golden
Oreos, not the chocolate ones. SugarBear likes
those so I buy both kinds. LOL

Yeah, I'm going to crash soon myself. Looks like
the Captain didn't make it today. He hopes to
have everything repaired by the weekend. :)

Well, Greetings, then.

All's well here, with bright sunshine and gentle breeze all day and a pretty sunset.
Had a Busy One though, so I'm crashing early.
Last night was hardly any sleep at all, and all those Oreo's dunked in rum at Snakes' house at 2 AM didn't help matters at all.

I'm gone through.

WHEW ! That was close….

I just managed to jump through the window as SB came barging in brandishing a WaffleIron.

I think I'll keep a low profile for a while……………..

I was wondering where she took off for this morning. I was just starting to cut the lawn when I saw her Gold Mustang hauling up the street. You don't suppose Earl Grey installed a warp drive in her Mustang do you? She ordered a large shipment of English Tea a few weeks back and I can't find it in the pantry.

I'll bet the devious little alien worked out a swap with SugarBear for that shipment of tea. She's been grining like a happy puppy every time she comes home from driving that Mustang lately. I never should have told her about the Recharger Max Earl gave me with the new warp engine.

Thats the only way she could have gotten to Trinni that fast. You didn't see a 2010 Gold Mustang in your driveway when you jumped out the window did you?

Hmmmm, when she gets back and takes a nap this afternoon I'll find her keys and sneak a peek at the Mustang. Knowing Earl he probably gave her a security system too. I better be careful.

Talk to you later. :))

Thanks.
Poor Elmer has been known to over exceed his FungiLimits from time to time.
He'll be fine in a day or two.
I've been trying to call him.
His phone is set to ''chain-saw'' sound.
That's what Tony was hearing, I'm pretty sure.
It's probably in his fob-pocket.
You could reach in there and turn it off.

Be careful though. He often has other ''things'' in there…..

OK, time to work out, SugarBear is not a happy camper this morning either, first thing she did this morning was open the freezer looking for the box of 8 blueberry waffles. Did we really eat all 8 of the waffles? She had to make instant oatmeal for breakfast. Luckily we still had blueberrys in the fridge for her to put on top of the oatmeal. :))

Quoting pottery:

What a Strange Night…..

Firstly, me and Elmer got into the old Horse Costume I found in the attic.
Then we went over to Snakeymons garden to get some flowers.
But it seems that he woke up and started shining lights out there shouting ''Oi you deer ! Leave the flowers alone'' while stamping noisily around brandishing a loaded firearm.
Well, we managed to make our retreat, but ended up in his kitchen (Elmer was in front, and could not see properly because he had forgotten his spectacles).

Then Snakeymon comes into the room and opens the fridge and starts humming a sweet melody about the calorific content of Thai food.

He was so into munching and humming that he never even noticed Elmer in the corner decked out as the front portion of a mangy horse.

Anyway, we seem to have had a very nice time, chewing the fat and polishing off a bottle of dark rum. But I don't remember much after he very kindly left saying that he was going to bring the mountain to me, instead of me having to go to the mountain.

I just woke up.
I slept quite well, considering.
First time I ever slept in a kitchen sink, too.

No sign of Elmer…….

Hey Pottery, just had a knock on the back door, Tony found Elmer wandering around the yard this morning, seems like he got into some of the "funny" mushrooms while we were having our little fridge party this morning. I had Tony put him in the crawl space for today, will need to keep an eye on him until the effects of the mushrooms wears off. He's way to out of it to have Fred fly him home today.

Will send him home tonight when it gets dark, don't like to have Fred fly around in the daylight you know. Will send the horse costume back to you UPS. COD of course.

By the way, Tony was not a happy camper, he says that Elmer snores like a chain saw. :))

Then we got into the Dark Myers Rum. How did he know I kept a magnum of the stuff under the kitchen sink? Well, anyway, it goes really good with Wild Cherry Pepsi you know. :)

Don't know what time exactly he left, I had Fred fly him back home, he said he had to go to work on the mountain this morning. Good luck with that. heh heh heh

Yes, I do know its 0200 hours, I had gone to bed early last night and was sleeping peacefully when I had this dream of a guy running around our back yard with a cutlass, yelling "Off with their heads", and chopping down all of the plants and flowers in the gardens.

I jumped out of bed, grabbed the Colt 45, flipped on the outside security flood lights and checked the gardens and there was no one out there but some deer munching on the day lillies. The lights scared the hell out of them and they took off into the woods.

I checked with Tony and Fred and they said they had not seen anyone out there all night.

Strange dream. Well, back to bed. Must have been caused by some of the new veggies I had with dinner last night. Some kind of purple lettuce looking thing that SugarBear says is good for me. :))
